In honor of Jazmine Elane Reiter
Spreading hope, one little frog at a time.
Jazmine was a bright and deeply loved little girl who lost her life to pediatric cancer before she had the chance to fully experience the world around her. In her honor, her family created Jazmine's Hope Frogs to continue spreading hope, kindness, love, and awareness through small moments that remind others they are not alone.
Why frogs?
We chose frogs for Jazmine's Hope Frogs because frogs were a favorite of Jazmine's grandma and became a symbol of comfort, hope, and connection for our family.
Each frog is meant to carry a small piece of kindness into the world and remind people that even the smallest moments of hope can make a difference.
Find one? Take it with you, or pass it on.
Her journey, in her own story
Want to learn more about Jazmine's Journey? Her story — from the time of diagnosis through every brave day after — is shared in the book Jazmine's Journey, and carried forward by the volunteers who love her.
We show up in person, too
Throughout the year we gather to spread hope together — sharing frogs, raising awareness, and remembering Jazmine as a community. Come find us.

A moment of hope, passed hand to hand
Every frog begins with one small act of kindness. Your gift helps us place another into the world — a reminder to someone who needs it that they are not alone.
